• Description: Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S-trimer Protein is generated using a Mammalian expression system. The target gene encoding Ser13-Gln1208 is expressed with a C-terminal 6His tag. It harbors extensive mutations including T19I, G142D, G339D, N501Y, D614G, and P681H, identifying the SARS-CoV-2 BA.2 lineage (UK origin). The protein is engineered with six proline substitutions and furin cleavage site modifications to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state.
