• Description: Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S-trimer Protein is produced by a Mammalian expression system. The target gene encoding Cys15-Gln1208 is expressed with a C-terminal 6His tag. It includes mutations T19I, G142D, G339H, N460K, and N501Y, characteristic of the SARS-CoV-2 BA.2.75 lineage (India origin). Six proline substitutions and furin cleavage site modifications are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state.
