• Description: Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S-trimer Protein is generated using a Mammalian expression system. The target gene encoding Gln14-Gln1208 is expressed with a C-terminal 6His tag. It contains extensive mutations including G339H, K356T, V483del, and E484K, characteristic of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2.86 lineage. Six proline substitutions and furin cleavage site modifications are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state.
