• Description: Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S-trimer Protein is generated using a Mammalian expression system. The target gene encoding Cys15-Gln1208 is expressed with a C-terminal 6His tag. It contains mutations L18F, T20N, P26S, D138Y, R190S, K417T, E484K, N501Y, D614G, H655Y, T1027I, and V1176F, identifying the SARS-CoV-2 Gamma variant (P.1 lineage) that emerged in Brazil.
