Sprifermin, Recombinant human fibroblast growth factor 18 (rhFGF18)
Sprifermin (developmental code name AS-902330), also known as recombinant human fibroblast growth factor 18 (rhFGF18), is a recombinant form of human fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18). As a recombinant form of FGF18, sprifermin is a potent agonist of the FGFR2 and FGFR3.
