• Introduction: SARS Coronavirus is an enveloped virus containing three outer structural proteins, namely the membrane (M), envelope (E), and spike (S) proteins. Accordingly, S-protein plays an important role in virus infection cycle and is the primary target of neutralizing antibodies.
