• Introduction: Hepatitis C is one type of viral hepatitis-a liver disease-caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV) which is usually passed through contact with infected blood but can also pass through sex with an infected person and from mother to baby during childbirth.HCV core protein, NS3, NS4, and NS5 proteins of hepatitis C virus are all essential for detection of antibodies against HCV.
